Charles McLoone is a part of the North Florida Section of the PGA

of America. The men and women of the PGA are recognized as

experts in the game and business of golf and are dedicated to the

enjoyment of the game.

After working at Kissimmee Bay from 1997 to 2002 he took an assistant’s job at Orange County National, a 36-hole facility in Central Florida. In 2005 he was offered a First Assistant's job at a private county club -The Legacy Club at Alaqua Lake where he was in charge of all merchandise and purchasing.  His past experience and training led to his first career job as Head Golf Professional at Ridge Wood  Lakes

Chuck was born and raised in

La Crosse, Wisconsin where he discovered the game of golf when he was 6 years old at La Crosse Country Club and embraced it. He went through the junior program as young adult playing club events and winning 9-hole and 18-hole junior events. He played throughout his middle school and high school years, lettering all four years in high school. After graduating high school, Chuck attended the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and played two years on the college golf team until golf was discontinued, much to Chuck’s dismay. Chuck continued to play amateur events in his local area for the next 3 years and received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks and Recreation Management in 1996. After graduation, to pursue his goals, Chuck moved to Kissimmee Florida to play on the Mini Tours in 1997. He continued playing on the Mini Tours on and off for 5 years while working part

 If I can help someone to play better or get someone to try golf for the first time, I have succeeded in growing the game. I owe all that to my parents who introduced me to the game as a child. This game has introduced me to some of the greatest people I know and taught me many, many of life’s lessons. I am so blessed to have that rare privilege of coming to a job everyday that I continue to love.

was hired as General Manager/Food and Beverage Manager from 2016 to 2018 when he became the Director of Golf. Chuck has pursed his career with a passion he found at an early age and has continued through all aspects of his life. Chuck has provided hundreds of lessons to anyone with a desire to learn including Junior and Ladies Clinics. He is still very active in playing PGA events in his Section and East Central Chapter. He is proud to be a PGA member since 2009 and holds a passion for golf to this day.
