DEPOT COMPLEX
ZELLWOOD STATION
The Depot Complex consists of the main building plus 3 smaller buildings - The Depot main building is complete with a large event hall, a stage and a full kitchen, The Depot also houses the Water & Utilities Office and a Library. It is followed by the Box Car, The Caboose and Building D along with a large year round heated pool and hot tub. The Depot hosts large parties, celebrations, special events and may be rented out by the residents for personal use such as birthday parties or Anniversaries. The Community Association BoD and Committees also hold their monthly meetings there. This large complex is also home to the tennis courts, shuffle board courts and a green house. Come relax by our large pool and spend the day! There is always something going on at the Depot Complex!

GREENHOUSE
Zellwood Station has a green house committee that grows and sell plants. They are open Wednesdays and Fridays from 9AM - 11AM. Plants are also available for purchase in the main lobby of the Depot.
POOL & SPA
The Depot Pool is approx. 141,300 gallons of year-round comfort with a heated pool and hot tub.
Volunteers offer some aquatic exercise classes.
Pool is swim at your own risk. Pool hours are 9:00 am - 11:00 pm. Accompanied resident guest are welcome after 12:00 noon.
TENNIS COURTS
The tennis courts are available for play from 7:30 am - until dusk.
SHUFFLE BOARD
The shuffle courts are available for play from 7:30 am - until dusk
EXERCISE ROOM
The exercise room is available from 7:30 am - 9:00 PM
